Las órdenes deben cumplirse en el tiempo y del modo indicado por el superior. Cuando al ejecutar la orden aparecieren circunstancias de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, que modificaren el tiempo o el modo previstos para su ejecución, su cumplimiento puede ser dilatado o modificado siempre que no pudiere consultarse al superior, a quien se comunicará la decisión tomada tan pronto como fuere posible.
