Casos en que no tiene lugar la modificación unilateral . No habrá lugar a la modificación unilateral en los convenios interadministrativos, en los celebrados con instituciones financieras internacionales públicas, entidades gubernamentales de crédito, extranjeras y organismos internacionales, ni en los contratos de empréstito; en estos casos la modificación procederá conforme a las estipulación del contrato, o mediante acuerdo de las partes.
