Definición de profesión liberal. Para efectos de la exclusión de que trata el artículo 44 de la Ley 383 de 1997, se entiende por profesión liberal, toda actividad en la cual predomina el ejercicio del intelecto, reconocida por el Estado y para cuyo ejercicio se requiere la habilitación a través de un título académico.
