El Subdirección de Relaciones Colectivas es competente para

1.

Ejercer las funciones señaladas en el artículo 53 del Decreto 1422 de 1989.

2.

Convocar, cuando hubiere lugar, los congresos sindicales o las asambleas generales federales o confederales, de acuerdo con el artículo 16 del Decreto 1469 de 1978.

3.

Resolver los recursos interpuestos contra las providencias proferidas por la División de Reglamentación y Registro Sindical.

4.

Las demás que le sean asignadas por ley o reglamento. DIVISION DE REGLAMENTACION Y REGISTRO SINDICAL.
