la presente ley tiene por objeto regular la profesión de Tecnólogo en Regencia de Farmacia, perteneciente al área de la salud. Con el fin de asegurar que su ejercicio se desarrolle conforme a los postulados del Sistema Integral de Seguridad Social en Salud, a los reglamentos que expidan las autoridades públicas, a los principios éticos, teniendo en cuenta que con ellos contribuye al mejoramiento de la salud individual y colectiva.
