Decreto 735 de 1905 · Por el cual se dispone pasar el Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro los valores que están bajo la dependencia del Ministerio de Guerra

Como el crucero Cartagena en el Atlántico y el cañonero Hércules en el rio Magdalena actualmente no son necesarios en el Ramo de Guerra, desde esta fecha serán puestos á disposición del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, para que los destine al uso que más convenga á los intereses del Gobierno.

Parágrafo

En estos términos queda reformado el artículo 19 del Decretó número 514 de 26 de Mayo último.
