LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.7.2. Expedición de las Libretas de Embarco. Las Libretas de embarco serán expedidas por primera vez por las Capitanías de Puerto, o por la Autoridad Marítima. En los demás casos incluyendo la expedición de duplicados, su trámite se hará en lo posible por la Capitanía de Puerto más cercana donde se encuentre el interesado. Sus registros de embarco y desembarco debidamente diligenciados, constituyen la única constancia oficial sobre tiempo de embarco para todos los efectos donde debe acreditarse un tiempo mínimo de embarco.
