"Artículo 188. Vigencia y derogatoria. El presente decreto rige a partir del 1º de enero de 2001 y deroga todas las normas que le sean contrarias. Las investigaciones que se hayan iniciado bajo la vigencia de normas anteriores continuarán adelantándose según tales normas".
