Artículo segundo. Los aumentos para los trabajadores oficiales a que se refiere el artículo 7° del Decreto 2214 de 1956, y de los establecimientos públicos descentralizados no comprendidos en dicho artículo, de los ordenes departamental y municipal, se rigen por lo establecido en el artículo 2° del Decreto 240 de 1963, según el caso.
