º. Prorrogar en seis (6) meses, contados a partir del 25 de noviembre del año en curso, el plazo estipulado en el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 21 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, para que el distribuidor minorista a través de estación de servicio automotriz obtenga el certificado de conformidad expedido por un organismo certificador acreditado, así como para solicitar la autorización de que trata el literal A del artículo 21 del mismo decreto.
