Art. 3º Los miembros de las Asambleas ó funcionarios públicos que establecieren impuestos contra las disposiciones de esta Ley, y los empleados que los recaudaren serán castigados conforme á las disposiciones del Capítulo 3º, Título 10, Libro 2º del Código Penal.
