El Ingeniero Interventor será designado por la Junta Directiva para periodos de dos (2) años, pudiendo ser reelegidos indefinidamente. Los Interventores Seccionales y el personal subalterno de la Interventoria serán designados por el Interventor Nacional con la aprobación de la Junta Directiva.
