Las disposiciones de esta Ley serán también aplicables al Conservatorio Nacional de Música, en todo lo relativo a premios y estímulos. La Dirección Nacional de Bellas Artes reglamentará, en consecuencia, la organización periódica de conciertos y concursos musicales y de canto, y el modo como deben ser distribuidos las medallas, diplomas y pensiones a que se refiere esta Ley.
