º. De las cuentas autorizadas. Los recursos del Presupuesto General de la Nación sólo podrán girarse a través de las cuentas autorizadas. Las Entidades titulares no podrán trasladar dichos recursos a otras cuentas autorizadas por un concecpto de gasto diferente o a cuentas en las que se manejen recursos administrados, ni viceversa.
