Cada Fuerza y la Policía Nacional, a través de la Dirección de Prestaciones Sociales, reconocerá el setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) del salario mensual que corresponda al servidor durante el tiempo que permanezca secuestrado, mediante acto administrativo en el cual se establecerán los beneficiarios de ese pago, de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente al interior de la Fuerza Pública.
