Art. 7°. Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones expedidas anteriormente sobre sobre la desecación de pantanos y lagunas, que sean contrarias al presente Decreto exeptuandose de esta derogatoria los artículos 1° y 3° de las Leyes 19 y 137 de 1888 respectivamente. Publíquese.
