Las siguientes reservas del Balance del Tesoro Nacional, correspondientes al Departamento del Meta, no utilizadas en los artículos aquí mencionados, pasarán a la sanción de la presente Ley a la Tesorería Municipal de Villavicencio, con destino a la Asociación para el Progreso del Meta – APRODEM-, para el desarrollo de obras de fomento a empresas útiles y benéficas de desarrollo regional y de la educación, en el Departamento del Meta.
