La determinación del estado civil que se haga en la sentencia dictada por el Juez de Menores surte todos los efectos legales mientras no sea infirmada en el juicio de revisión de que trata el artículo siguiente.Sin embargo, no se corregirá el acta de nacimiento mientras no haya vencido el término que el mismo artículo señala para incoar tal acción sin que ésta se haya ejercido, o hasta que se produzca el fallo que ponga fin al juicio, si éste fuere intentado.
