Art. 1º Establécese un impuesto de veinte centavos por cada carga de ciento veinticinco kilogramos de productos nacionales que con destino á la exportación baje por el río Magdalena en cualquiera clase de embarcaciones, exceptuando la tagua, las maderas de construcción y de tinte, el agave ó pita, las palmas y demás productos semejantes, Destinados á la fabricación de telas, cuerdas ó cables, techos, &c.

Continuará cobrándose el impuesto de cincuenta centavos por cada carga de mercancías extranjeras de ciento veinticinco kilogramos de peso.
