ARTICULO 10. Presidentes De Los Comités De Adaptación Laboral. - Los presidentes de los Comités de Adaptación Laboral que se conformen serán designados por los miembros de los mismos de ternas que serán elaboradas para cada caso por el Coordinador Nacional, las cuales deberán estar integradas por personas con suficientes conocimientos del tema laboral - empresarial. Su función será la de atender y orientar eficazmente todas las necesidades del Comité y ofrecer al mismo un criterio neutral no vinculante.
