Indemnizaciones . A los trabajadores, a quienes se les termine el contrato de trabajo como consecuencia de la supresión de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Santa Marta, Telesantamarta S.A., ESP, se les reconocerá y pagará la indemnización de acuerdo con el régimen que le sea aplicable.
