Diploma. Será elaborado en papel pergamino o cartulina blanca de treinta y cinco (35) centímetros de largo por veinticinco (25) centímetros de ancho, el cual llevará el dibujo en el lado izquierdo superior del anverso de la Medalla Militar “Al Espíritu del Bicentenario Naval de la Armada Nacional de la República de Colombia”, y el lado derecho superior el reverso de la misma Medalla y en el centro llevará la siguiente leyenda, así:
