ARTICULO 30. Prima de actividad. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de actividad, que será equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico y se aumentará en un cinco por ciento (5%) por cada cinco (5) años de servicio cumplido.
