º. El Juez 1o. Superior tendrá a su servicio el siguiente personal subalterno que nombrara el Gobierno, paritariamente entre los dos partidos políticos tradicionales. Seis auxiliares de la investigación, uno de los cuales será el Jefe el grupo, y quienes tendrán las funciones adscritas al personal del Detectivismo. Estos auxiliares tendrán las asignaciones que les señale el Gobierno, las cuales no podrán ser inferiores a las que actualmente tienen los Detectives de primera clase. Un chofer, con doscientos pesos ($200) mensuales, para el vehículo destinado a la investigación.
