° Los colegios, tanto oficiales como privados, que hayan adoptado en toda su extensión e intensidad el pensum oficial de estudios, pueden otorgar a sus alumnos el diploma de Bachiller o un certificado de estudios de segunda enseñanza, que atestigüe que han cursado satisfactoriamente todas las asignaturas del programa oficial de la segunda enseñanza.
