Destinase la suma de un millón doscientos mil pesos ($1.200.000.00) para atender a los gastos de la presente Ley, suma que será distribuida en tres anualidades, que se incluirá en el presupuesto nacional de gastos de tres años consecutivos a partir del año de 1945.
