El que extinguiendo o haciendo que falte de cualquier manera la luz de los faros u otras señales, o por medio de falsas señales u otro engaño haga sufrir el peligro de un naufragio, será castigado por este solo hecho con reclusión por seis meses a seis años, y si resultare efectivamente la sumersión o naufragio, se aplicará la pena de que trata elArtículo precedente.
