º . Liquidador. El Presidente de la República designará el Liquidador del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, FNCV en Liquidación, quien deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas para el Director de la entidad que se suprime, devengará su remuneración y estará sujeto al régimen de inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste.
