amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 223 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 223. La ensambladora o fabricante de carrocerías de vehículos de servicio público que los venda sin salida de emergencia, será sancionado con multa de cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos por cada vehículo que expendan en esas condiciones.
