Sanción. La persona natural o jurídica que use, fabrique, manipule, transporte, almacene, comercialice, compre o venda pólvora, productos pirotécnicos, juegos artificiales, globos aerostáticos de pirotecnia y sustancias peligrosas, sin los requisitos establecidos en este decreto y las demás normas que resulten aplicables, estará sujeto a las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 2° de la Ley 2224 de 2022 o la norma que la modifique o sustituya.
