Artículo Segundo. El aporte a que se refiere el artículo anterior será pagado por el Gobierno Nacional al Instituto de Fomento Industrial mediante el traspaso a éste de los bienes que forman las Plantas de Soda. El valor del aporte corresponde al avalúo practicado por el Instituto Agustín Codazzi. Por este valor, el Instituto de Fomento Industrial emitirá 51.406.800 acciones al valor nominal de diez pesos ($10.oo) cada una y hará entrega de ellas al Tesoro General de la República.

Decreto 1205 de 1969 · por el cual se aumenta el aporte del Gobierno Nacional al capital del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, se convierten en deuda pública los pasivos del Gobierno Nacional con el Banco de la República por concepto de la concesión de salinas y se dan unas autorizaciones.
