°. El Liquidador de los derechos diferenciales llevará su cuenta de conformidad con las disposiciones en vigencia, sobre Contabilidad nacional, y las rendirá comprobadas á la Corte del Ramo. Los fondos que recaude los consignará en la Administración de Hacienda nacional de Pasto, después de deducir el valor de su sueldo. Para tomar posesión del empleo deberá el Liquidador prestar una fianza por valor de mil pesos oro ($ 1,000).
