La acción por las infracciones a que se refiere este Decreto prescribirá en cinco (5) años contados a partir del último acto. La medida represiva prescribirá en un tiempo igual al doble impuesta en el respectivo fallo si fuere privativa de la libertad, pero en ningún caso antes de un (1) año. Cuando la medida aplicada fuere de multa prescribirá en un año (1) año.
