Cambios de puerto y fecha de embarque. Cualquier cambio de puerto de embarque o puerto de destino que no haya sido autorizado, así como el embarque realizado con posterioridad a la fecha límite fijada en el sello de exoneración, se considerará como infracción a las normas de reserva de carga.
