El procedimiento señalado en este Decreto también sebera seguirse cuando se considere conveniente y necesaria la prórroga de los convenios cuya celebración requiera autorización previa de la Presidencia de la República. En ningún caso habrá lugar a prórrogas o adiciones automáticas o tacitas de dichos contratos. Artículo 6° El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
