° Cofinanciación para el pago de maestros. Con los recursos asignados en el Presupuesto Nacional para efectos de cofinanciar el pago de maestros de primaria y secundaria, se financiarán, en promedio, hasta el 70% del costo de cada educador que sea contratado por las entidades territoriales. Para el año 1993 estos recursos serán ejecutados por el Ministerio de Educación al igual que los recursos para cofinanciar infraestructura educativa.
