La Junta Directiva del INPA expedirá los Estatutos del organismo, los cuales requieren aprobación del Ministerio de Agricultura. Dentro de ellos se establecerán las funciones de la Junta Directiva y se especificarán aquellas que requieren concepto previo de dicho Ministerio.
