Articulo 63 . Entiéndese por asociación de usuarios de los servicios agropecuarios, la organización de carácter privado constituida por quienes de acuerdo al Decreto 755 de 1967 están inscritos como usuarios y tiene como objetivo principal la agilización de las acciones del Estado en materia de reforma agraria, crédito, mercadeo y asistencia técnica.
