Destínase la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40,000) como auxilio a la obra del Hospital que se construye en el Municipio de La Unión, en el mismo sitio donde fue sepultado el Mariscal de Ayacucho, en terreno donado para este fin por los señores Rafael Rivas y María Chaves de Rivas. Esta suma se tomará de las rentas comunes, cuando las circunstancias del Tesoro Nacional lo permitan.
