Artículo primero. En las inversiones u operaciones de crédito ordinarios o de fomento que efectúen las cajas y secciones de ahorro de los bancos comerciales con depósito de ahorro, de conformidad con la autorización prevista por el artículo 6°, literal b) del Decreto 1730 de 1974, deberán estipularse tasas de interés no superiores al 22% anual efectivo.
