Monto de la indemnización dentro de un plan colectivo de retiro compensado. El valor de esta indemnización no podrá exceder el de la que correspondería de acuerdo con el artículo 4o. de este Decreto, ni ser inferior al setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) del monto de la misma.
