Pasajes para familiares por comisión menor de noventa (90) días. Cuando se trate de Comisiones individuales menores de noventa (90) días, será potestativo del Ministerio de Defensa autorizar pasajes para el cónyuge e hijos legítimos menores de veintiún (21) años que dependan económicamente de ellos, los inválidos absolutos y los estudiantes hasta la edad de veinticuatro (24) años.
