°. Provisión de Empleos . El Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia, para la provisión de empleos dará cumplimiento en primer lugar al artículo 24 de la ley 909 de 2004, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global y ubicará, si hay lugar a ello, el personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura, los planes, los programas y las necesidades del servicio.
