° En los casos de retiro del Oficial o Suboficial por separación absoluta como consecuencia de sentencia condenatoria en materia penal o disciplinaria se expedirá "Tarjeta de Reservista de Primera Clase" con el último grado que hubiere tenido en servicio activo y fotografía en traje de civil. Cuando el retiro del Oficial o Suboficial se produzca por conducta deficiente se expedirá Cédula Militar con el último grado que hubiere tenido en servicio activo y fotografía en traje de civil.
