Distribución General Participaciones. Para efectos de la distribución del Sistema General de Participaciones, la aprobación del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social prevista en el artículo 2.5.4.2.3 de este decreto tendrá´ efectos a partir de la distribución de la vigencia siguiente. Para el efecto, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social certificara´al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, la condición de distrito certificado en salud conforme a lo previsto en el presente Capítulo, así como, lo previsto en el párrafo tercero del artículo 2.4.10 del presente decreto.
