ARTICULO 123 . DEL REGIMEN DE TRANSICION.- Dentro del procedimiento de liquidación de que trata el inciso 2o. del Artículo 119, el Gobierno Nacional establecerá un régimen de transición destinado a garantizar que durante el período contemplado en este decreto para liquidar el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito - INTRA- y mientras se adecua la estructura necesaria para el ejercicio de las funciones asignadas a la Dirección General de Transporte y Tránsito Terrestre Automotor del Ministerio de Transporte, exista continuidad en la prestación de los servicios actualmente a cargo del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito - INTRA-.
