º . Garantía única a favor de la entidad estatal . Como requisito para la ejecución del contrato, el comisionista seleccionado deberá constituir a favor de la entidad estatal comitente la garantía única de que tratan el numeral 19 del artículo 25 de la Ley 80 de 1993 y el Decreto 679 de 1994. Tratándose de esta garantía, serán aplicables las disposiciones contenidas sobre el particular en las normas citadas.
