Tasas retributivas, compensatorias y por el uso del agua. Las tasas retributivas, compensatorias y por uso de agua que se ocasionen por las actividades que generen impacto en el área de jurisdicción de la autoridad ambiental de orden regional y que sean competencia de la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA), en virtud de la validación de un Proyecto de Interés Nacional y Estratégicos (PINE), se pagarán a la Autoridad Regional del lugar donde se desarrolla el proyecto”.
