Repealed

Art. 4°. Esta oficina cobrará un derecho por cada carga de las mercaderias que por ella pasen, cuyo producto se aplicará, en primer lugar, para el pago de los sueldos de los empleados que compongan la misma oficina; y el sobrante, si lo hubiere, para que el Poder Ejecutivo crée un Cuerpo de policía encargado de evitar el tráfico de indios salvajes con el Brasil.

Del producido de esta renta y su inversion se llevarán las cuentas correspondientes, segun lo reglamente el Poder Ejecutivo.
