Declaración de nulidad. En cualquier estado del proceso en que el investigador o el superior con atribuciones disciplinarias para fallar, advierta que existe alguna o algunas de las causales previstas en el artículo anterior, decretará la nulidad desde que se presentó y ordenará que se reponga la actuación.
